This remarkable combination of ambient tones with soothing vibration induces a profound state of relaxation that naturally allows for repair of the mind and body. Clients often report a significant reduction in stress, anxiety, and pain, all of which are known to contribute to physical and mental ailments as well as increase the risk of disease. Clients also express the benefit of feeling mentally refreshed and re-energized in the days or weeks following a session. Clients who meditate find that it's easier and faster to reach deeper states of meditation.
Your practitioner will take great care to customize your experience so that it meets your individual needs. Prior to each session, she will sit with you and discuss your intentions and concerns. Based on your goals for wellness, she may suggest introducing breathwork, meditation, guided imagery or other tools to enhance your experience.
Pronounced Ray-key, Reiki is a healing modality based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow in and around the body. Reiki promotes relaxation and stress-reduction which in turn helps to promote the body's own natural healing processes in order to restore physical and emotional well-being. While Reiki is seen as a complementary or alternative therapy to Western Medicine, it is now one of the top three complementary in-patient therapies performed in U.S. hospitals today. Common issues addressed with Reiki include stress, anxiety, pain, spiritual distress, and nausea. In a typical session, clients can expect to be fully clothed on a massage table with the practitioner placing hands just off the body or lightly touching the body.

Optimal well-being is key at any age or stage in life. Yet, there are times we need a little help in achieving our goals. Our integrative coaches work with individuals and groups to achieve their ideal state of health and well-being. Our coaching approach uses principles and methods that address the whole person- mind, body, spirit, emotion, and environment. We begin by learning your goals and concerns, valuing each person as a whole being, honoring your unique history, culture, and belief system. Through self-reflection, self-discovery, action planning and the introduction of integrative modalities, clients are moved closer to achieving their personal lifestyle, health, and wellness goals. Support, encouragement, and accountability are consistently provided throughout each step of the coaching processes. Our coaches provide both in-office and virtual (Zoom) coaching.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) also known as "Tapping" is a powerful, evidence-based technique that helps to rapidly reduce the effects of past emotional wounds that contribute to present-day distress, limiting beliefs and inflammatory health problems. It's based on research showing that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. Our coaches work with you on your issue in a safe virtual environment (Zoom). We also educate and empower you to use EFT independently as a form of self-help and self-care so you may reach your greatest potential as it relates to the wellness of mind, body, and spirit. EFT has been shown in multiple studies to be effective for a variety of conditions including anxiety, weight loss, and food cravings, depression, PTSD, phobias, pain, and other physical symptoms.
