This highly interactive guided meditation and sound immersion experience is designed specifically for those who are working through a difficult decision or transition period. During this 90-minute workshop, you will be led to quiet your mind from the outer noise of other’s advice, opinions, and the information overload to get in touch with your own inner voice and intuition. Skillfully guided meditation and sound healing instruments such as Himalayan and crystal bowls help you gain clarity and a new perspective. Participants should bring their own water, yoga mat, pillow, eye cover, a journal, and something to write with. This is a limited seating event and registration is required.
