Intro to the Healing Art of Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation. It is simple to learn and practiced by people all over the world as a way to enhance their daily self-care routine and improve spiritual and emotional well-being. This workshop is for anyone who is interested or curious about Reiki but not sure if they’re ready to commit to a full Reiki session or Level One Certification Course. In this workshop, Jessica Tulloss, Usui Reiki Master will answer your questions related to this healing art, you will get an introduction to when and how it is used, as well as experience Reiki first-hand. You will also get tips on choosing a Reiki practitioner or Reiki teacher that’s right for you. Please note this is just an introduction and does not include certification or attunement.  Due to limited Seating, registration is required!
