Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as "Tapping" is a powerful, evidence-based technique that helps to rapidly reduce the effect of past emotional wounds that contribute to present-day distress, limiting beliefs and inflammatory health problems. It's based on research showing that emotional trauma contributes greatly to disease. EFT coaches work with you on your particular issue in a safe virtual environment (Zoom). They will further educate and empower you to use EFT independently as a form of self-help and self-care for the continued wellness of your mind, body, and spirit. EFT has been shown in multiple studies to be effective for a variety of conditions including anxiety, weight loss, and food cravings, depression, PTSD, phobias, pain, and other physical symptoms.
